Завод розпочав свою роботу у 1915 році, саме тоді підприємець Кохтабеладзешвілі заснував його. Роботу компанії було побудовано на старовинних традиціях виноробства. В розпорядженні були виноградники біля села Кондолі, що займають площу 340 га. Вина компанії щорічно отримують безліч нагород, а експорт продукції здійснюється в більш ніж 15 країн світу.
