Завдяки тривалій витримці, та поєднанню темного солоду та лагерних дріжджів, портер має оксамитову текстуру, складний аромат та багатий, теплий смак. Така органолептика добре поєднується з насиченими стравами та десертами. Смак, що знають цілі покоління Колір: насичений, темно-коричневий з бордовим відтінком. Аромат: інтенсивний, поєднуються ноти обсмаженої кави, чорного шоколаду, карамелі, сухофруктів та лакриці. Смак: округлий, з помітною солодовою солодкістю, м’якою гіркотою. Посмак тривалий, з шоколадними тонами. Історія бренду Робота Volfas Engelman розпочалася у 1853 році, коли підприємець Рафаїл Вольфас заснував броварню у Віліямполі. Згодом його син, Ісер Бер Вольфас, продовжив справу батька. У 1894 році вони придбали пивоварню Фердинанда Енгельмана, зберігши її назву. У 1927 році об'єднане підприємство стало найбільшим виробником пива в Литві. Під час радянської окупації броварню націоналізували та перейменували. Після відновлення незалежності у 1994 році підприємство було приватизовано та згодом придбано фінською компанією Olvi. У 2011 році броварні повернули історичну назву Volfas Engelman. Виробництво Броварня Volfas Engelman охоплює повний цикл виробництва: від подрібнення солоду, затирання та фільтрації сусла — до бродіння, дозрівання та фільтрації готового пива. Для кожного сорту пива використовується відповідний хміль. Кожен етап ретельно контролюється: проводяться хімічні, фізичні та мікробіологічні аналізи.
