Свою назву сорт отримав завдяки розрахунковій гіркоті, що балансує на межі людського сприйняття. Висока міцність напою майстерно інтегрована у густе солодове тіло, перетворюючи ель на справжній маніфест сміливого гуцульського пивоваріння. Смак з гуцульським характером Колір: глибокий, мідно-бурштинний. Аромат: складний та інтенсивний, із нотами смоли, хвойного лісу, карамелі та сушених цитрусів. ABV – 7,8 OG – 20 IBU – 129 Історія бренду Історія «Ципи» розпочалася в мальовничому високогірному селі Кваси, що на Закарпатті. Її засновник, Олександр Шаталов, захопився пивоварінням після курсів пивного сомельє. Перші експерименти проходили на звичайній домашній кухні, де варилися порції всього по 20 літрів. Проте амбіції росли, яскравий місцевий колорит швидко переріс масштаби хобі. Згодом у Квасах відкрилася маленька ресторанна пивоварня. Назва бренду народилася завдяки збігу обставин. Під час розробки дизайну ресторану превалювали овальні форми, а коли засновник побачив у каталозі німецького виробника бродильні чани округлої форми, концепція склалася в єдине ціле – так з'явилася «Ципа», яка дозріває в особливих «яйцях». Виробництво Філософія «Ципи» базується на трьох китах: автентичність, чистота та безперервний пошук нових смаків. Головною фішкою виробництва є унікальні бродильні чани у формі яйця, які забезпечують особливу циркуляцію під час бродіння. Броварня активно інтегрує у рецепти гуцульський характер, використовуючи карпатську воду та локальні інгредієнти. Окремий проєкт – «Кисловарня», там створюють сміливі гастрономічні сорти (сауер чи гозе) з використанням лактобактерій та витримують преміум лінійки у винних бочках. Ципа – крафт із серця Карпат «Ципа» – це самобутнє гуцульське крафтове пиво, що поєднує унікальні технології та яскравий карпатський колорит.
