Її власником був Самсон Гольдберг, а згодом його дочка Амалія. Броварня швидко стала центром місцевого життя, пиво продавали у 19 ресторанах Тернополя. Пивоварня залишалася єдиною, що безперервно працює з ХІХ століття.
