Її власником був Самсон Гольдберг, а згодом його дочка Амалія. Броварня швидко стала центром місцевого життя, пиво продавали у 19 ресторанах Тернополя. Пивоварня залишалася єдиною, що безперервно працює з ХІХ століття. У ХХ столітті виробництво розширюється новий власник, Юліум Боар, розпочав випуск класичних європейських сортів, серед яких Bock, Marzen та Lezak. У тій чи іншій формі, завод зміг пережити буремне двадцяте століття.
