Його створили для справжніх гастрономічних вражень. У 2008-му році майстри пивоварні Damm разом зі шеф-кухарем Ferran Adrià та сомельє з ресторану elBulli, створили Inedit як альтернативу вину до вишуканих страв. Пиво поєднало традиційний смак з пікантною складністю спецій, цитрусів та прянощів. Смак іспанської свободи Колір: блідо-золотистий та злегка каламутний.
